Hi, I’m Brandon, founder of The Beauty Exchange.
I’m building BEx around a simple belief: independent beauty professionals deserve to be seen, and the people supporting their businesses should be real, reachable, and invested in their success.
For me, that starts with a personal welcome. When a new provider joins, I reach out myself. Those conversations help shape what we build and where we grow.
That’s how we opened our Washington, DC metro market. A provider in Alexandria, Virginia found BEx and joined before we had their area covered. Their arrival gave us a reason to open it.
We’re still early, and we’re growing thoughtfully. We want to help clients discover independent professionals, give providers a place to showcase their work, and build something worth coming back to.
Technology helps us run the platform. Personal relationships help us decide what it should become.
