There is no monthly BEx fee, no setup fee, and no charge to keep your provider profile active.
When you are ready to accept bookings and card payments directly through BEx, connect Stripe from your provider dashboard. BEx then charges a platform fee of 4% to 5% on each booking paid through the platform.

Clients can view your services, explore your work, and message you to schedule. BEx does not charge a platform fee on appointments that are not paid through the platform.

Earned after 10 reviews with an average rating of at least 3.0.
Rising Star
4.5% platform fee
Earned after 30 reviews with an average rating of at least 3.5.
Elite
4% platform fee
Earned after 50 reviews with an average rating of at least 4.5.
Founding Provider4% platform fee from day one
Founding Providers receive the Elite platform fee regardless of their current review tier. Founding status is limited by market.

For a $100 booking:

- Elite or Founding Provider$4 BEx platform fee
Stripe payment processing fees apply separately. Your Stripe account will show the complete payment and payout details.
